I hold a B.B.A. in Accounting from St. Mary's University and a Master’s in Taxation from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My career as a CPA spans diverse roles, including five years as a lead staff auditor working directly with the governmental auditing partner at the third largest CPA firm in South Texas. I also managed internal audit operations for the largest heavy equipment company in North America. As an independent CPA for many years, I have developed deep expertise in tax, auditing, and comprehensive client service.

I offer specialized audit solutions for Colorado’s special districts, including conducting exemption audits and providing complete auditing services for districts that require them. My practice is dedicated to supporting rural districts statewide, delivering knowledgeable guidance that addresses the unique circumstances and challenges these communities face. While most audits are conducted remotely for convenience and efficiency, I prefer a hybrid approach and make it a priority to visit each client in person at least once a year. I am committed to being accessible and responsive to the needs of rural districts, ensuring they receive the focused support they deserve.
